The StructurALL family of band saws is designed for cutting all types of structural materials, the company says. The fully hydraulic 500DS model double-swivels 45 degrees in one direction and 60 degrees the other. The machine is designed for a fabricator cutting multiple angles in the same workpiece. The machine features a 14" × 20" capacity for rectangles and 15" for rounds, at 0 degrees.
 
The 400M and 400A model series is designed for the small to medium fabricator or machine shop looking to make accurate cuts in small quantities. The series features a 10" high × 16" wide capacity.
 
All machines in this family incorporate swiveling scissor-head designs for miter cutting. Some of the standard features throughout the family are rounded band doors, covers and panels; larger pentagonal base for better chip and fluid management; integrated fork-lift pockets; standard flood coolant-through-the-guides system; “easy-to-handle-n-dump” chip totes; and relocated and improved operator controls. The machines will be using fluids from the company’s expanded cutting fluids line.
