First time on AMB in Stuttgart we present another interated solution for Automation, now for a twin-turret lathes of our TTC-range. On top of the main spindle within the machine housing we offer a 5-axis robot with access to working area through a small door right above the spindle head to serve both spindles for auto-loading. The workpiece supply is made by several pallets on front side of the machine fully integrated in basic machine structure. The operator has still full access to the working area through the front door for manual operation, setup of tools and aprooving the cutting process without beeing disturbed by the Automation system.
